Dr. Colleen E. Carney is a Professor of Psychology and Director of the Sleep and Depression Laboratory (SADlab) at Toronto Metropolitan University in Toronto. An internationally recognized expert in insomnia, her work focuses on developing effective, brief, evidence-based treatments for sleep problems, particularly when insomnia occurs alongside conditions such as depression.
