Dr. Ariel is an MD psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience treating women from the perinatal to the perimenopausal and menopausal population. She is the Co-founder and CEO of BRIA, a virtual care service for women with mental health and hormone concerns across the life stage.

Dr. Sasha High
Obesity Physician, Weight Loss Coach
Dr. Sasha High is a double-board certified Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine physician who blends medical expertise with cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindset coaching to help women achieve sustainable weight management and optimal heath in midlife and beyond. Founder of High Metabolic Clinic, a multidisciplinary obesity medicine clinic.
The Facility
The Kingbridge Centre, nestled just 40 minutes north of Toronto in King City, Ontario, is a serene 113‑acre retreat and innovation campus thoughtfully designed by one of Canada’s most influential architects, Arthur Erickson - Roy Thomson Hall (Toronto), Bank of Canada building (Ottawa), Embassy of Canada to the United State (Washington, DC). This biophilic haven—surrounded by forests and the Humber River—offers 124 spacious, elegant guest rooms, many with forest or pond-view patios.
